INTRODUCTION , <br /> At the request of Mr Den Ueda, Advanced Geolinvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br /> quarterly report for Den's Auto Repair at 308 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California The <br /> scope of work included conducting ground water monitoring and sampling of three dual-completed <br /> ground water monitoring wells and preparation of this report The site and its surroundings are <br /> illustrated on Figure 1 Locations of structures and monitoring wells on the site are illustrated on <br /> Figure 2 <br /> Background information includin detals ofprevious:site assessment work,is presented in Appendix <br /> gi' g ap , <br /> A <br /> I <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> On 31 January 2003, ground water monitoring and sampling were performed on all wells at the site, <br /> the work was performed in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites Ground water monitoring <br /> procedures for the site were outlined in the AGE-prepared Site .Investigation Work Plan, dated <br />' 05 February 1996, and conform to ground water monitoring guidelines issued by the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br />' Depths to ground water were measured m each well from the top of the well casing at the site to the <br /> nearest 0 01-foot utilizing a Solmst water level meter (Table 1) After ground water depth <br /> measurements were collected, each monitoring well was purged using a dedicated, disposal bailer <br />' A minimum of 3 casing-water volumes of water were evacuated from each well casing ; <br /> 4 , <br /> Temperature, pH and conductivity of the purging water were measured at regular purge-volume <br />' intervals using an Oakton water analyzer Stabilization data and field logs are included in Appendix B <br /> Purged water was stored in 55-gallon drums temporarily on-site <br /> k , <br /> 1 1 1 <br /> r <br /> 1 _ <br /> e J <br /> i <br />' Advanced GeoEnvironmentaL Inc <br />
