SUMMARY/CONCLUSIONS
The following conclusions were drawn from the results of this investigation
` • During the February 2002 monitorng event, the shallow ground water flow direction at the
a site was generally toward the north-northeast Ground water elevation had increased an
average 1 0 feet between the October 2001 and February 2002 monitoring events
• The analytical data from samples MW-1 and MW-2 indicated that the highest concentration
of dissolved hydrocarbons are'on the western portion of the site
! • Monitoring well MW-3 appears to be located near the eastern margin of the dissolved
hydrocarbon plume
• The lateral extent of dissolved hydrocarbons is not defined to the west, south and north of '
wells MW-1 and MW-2
+ A
• The fuel additive MTBE was detected in a water sample from well location MW-2, adjacent
to,the.former UST area, the MTBE concentration (34 µg/1) exceeds the State of California
maximum contaminant level of 13 gg/l in dnnkmg water
I
I I I
^1
i Advanced GeoEnvirotunentai,Inc
3
I
