FINDINGS <br /> 41 STRATIGRAPHY <br /> Tan silty clay was encountered from the surface to depths of approximately 20 feet bsg in the soil <br /> borings From a depth of 20 feet bsg to the deepest point of the investigation at the site, a depth of <br /> 85 feet bsg, gray silty clay was encountered Saturated clay was encountered typically at a depth of v <br /> 40 feet bsg <br /> I Based upon soil samples submitted for geotechnical analysts, the clay at the site has a range of - <br /> organic content from 2 6 percent in the western most area of the Investigation to 3 3 percent in the <br /> W eastern most portion of the investigation area-'Soil permeability at the site was measured at 3x10` <br /> Ito 3x10 centimeters per second The geotechnical laboratory report (Cooper Project ID 255-008) <br /> QA/QC reports and chain-of-custody are in Appendix D <br /> 42 LABORATORY RESULTS OF SOIL SAMPLES <br /> TPH-g and BTE&X were detected in the three of the five soil samples analyzed from borings B 1, <br /> TPH-g was detected in a fourth sample TPH-g was detected at the highest concentration in a sample Y <br /> collected from a depth of 16 feet bsg in the former UST area(B 1) No TPH-g or BTE&X compounds <br /> were detected in the soil samples'collected from borings B2 and B3 <br /> TPH-g and BTE&X were detected In five of the seven soil samples collected and analyzed from <br /> boring B4 (MW-1) Soil samples B4-35 and B4-85 did not contain detectable concentrations of <br /> hydrocarbons Soil sample 134-63 had the highest quantified detection of TPH-g at a concentration <br /> Advanced CeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
