k ❑ Verify that personnel assigned to the project have received the necessary <br /> medical clearance and health and safety training <br /> ❑ Arrange for onsite first-aid facilities -and offsite emergency medical care, as <br /> described by the HSP <br /> ❑ Assign key safety duties and responsibilities to team members <br /> ❑ Assure that all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and other <br /> safety equipment are available on site <br /> ❑ Monitor and initiate revisions to';the site HSP, as necessary, by coordinating <br /> with the HSO <br /> ❑ Report any accidents or exposures to the HSO, as required. <br /> 3.3 Field Supervisor <br /> The field supervisor will be the onsite coordinator of all field activities and may also serve <br /> as the HSO.
