.+ Fwestone Service Center 400 North El Dorado, Stockton, California <br /> February 2, 1994 Soil Remediation Plan —2072.01 Page 6 of 6 <br /> • Once site closure is approved, the wells will be closed in place according to <br /> standard industry practices The closure will consist of removing the well covers, <br /> disconnecting the vacuum system piping, filling each well with a bentonite/cement <br /> slurry, and capping each well with concrete The buried connection pipe will be <br /> capped with grout and abandoned in place The disturbed areas will be resurfaced <br /> with concrete The exposed connection piping and the VES unit will be removed <br /> from the site <br /> 4.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Upon approval, Ryan-Murphy will proceed with implementation of remediation as <br /> described herein.
