The disturbed areas will be resurfaced <br /> with concrete The exposed connection piping and the VES unit will be removed <br /> from the site <br /> 4.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Upon approval, Ryan-Murphy will proceed with implementation of remediation as <br /> described herein It is anticipated that installation of the system can occur within six <br /> weeks of approval of the Soil Remediation Plan, pending coordination with the drilling and <br /> installation subcontractor, availability of the VES unit, and receipt of a Revocable Permit. <br /> System startup is dependent upon receipt of an air emission permit It is projected that <br /> system installation and startup will be completed in two days. <br /> 5.0 REVIEW OF SOIL REMEDIATION PLAN <br /> As required by agencies implementing the RCRA Subtitle I regulations which govern UST <br /> release investigations in California, this Soil Remediation Plan has been reviewed by the <br /> undersigned professional geologist registered in California <br /> Based on currently available data concerning the site and the apparent release of regulated <br /> substances from a UST syste Soil Remediation Plan conforms to standard, <br /> accepted groundwater and is practices currently in use in California at <br /> this time <br /> C1~ ►,,?
