Personnel training will address the <br /> spill prevention and response protocols and requirements of personnel working with the <br /> transfer of petroleum products. Responsible employees will be informed of the existence <br /> of and general content of applicable federal, state, and local regulations. <br /> All personnel that handle fuel at the Interstate Trucking Inc. must complete the SPCC <br /> Training Program provided by Interstate Trucking Inc..
