Provide a Professional
Engineer certified copy of the SPCC plan to verify the secondary containment of the drums is addressed. I have included
the violation as an attachment along with a return to compliance certification page.
FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank,
and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators. List and schedule of classes can be found
here.
Thank you,
Cesar Ruvalcaba
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton,CA 95205
$ (209)953-6213 1 A (209)464-01381 ® crui Rov.ore
SANJAQUIN
—
COUNTY-From:Adam Leusink<adam@americancranerental.net>
Sent: Wednesday, May 15,2019 11:52 AM
To: Ruvakaba,Cesar<cruvalcaba@sjgov.org>
Subject:APSA/SPCC open violations PR0540930
Hi Cesar,
I have added the verbiage for secondary containment and have attached it. I have also addressed the drum with the oil
filters and it now has a lid and is closed at all times.
