10 February 2012
AGE-NC Project No. 11-2006
The GPR survey did not identify any structures that appeared to be underground storage
tanks and no contamination was identified in additional soil and groundwater samples
collected. However, total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) was
reported in vapor samples (V-1 and V-2) collected adjacent to the southern edge of the
building. Concentrations in both V-1 and V-2 were below commercial soil gas
environmental screening levels (ESLs).
On behalf or Dr. Sagireddy, AGE requests a review of the reports to determine if EHD
considers the environmental site conditions to be deminimus or if EHD will issue a directive
for additional investigation and/or refer the site to another agency .
Please contact our office at 800 511-9300 if you have any questions or require further
information.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
J ;?r.
.,.+
Vobe4E.
