Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
01 November 2011
AGE-NC Project No. 11-2006
Ms. Lori Duncan
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, CA 95202
Subject: Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan
WARNER PROPERTY
520 North EI Dorado Street, Stockton, California
Dear Ms. Duncan:
At the request of Dr. P. Babu Sagireddy, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has
prepared this Phase 11 Site Assessment Work Plan for the property located at 520 North
EI Dorado Street, Stockton, California (the site). The location and plan of the site are
illustrated on Figure 1.
This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department (SJCEHD) for procurement of a soil boring permit. A Well and Boring Permit
Application, Master File Record(MFR) and associated fees are attached. Upon SJCEHD
approval of the permit package, AGE will schedule field work. AGE will provide SJCEHD
with a minimum of 72-hours prior notice for a grout inspection.
INTRODUCTION
Historical occupancy research of the property identified the site as the former location of
a gasoline station and, prior to the 1950s, a tannery. No records were identified that
indicated any investigation had been performed at the site; either for the gasoline station
or the tannery. Based upon the historical usage of the property, AGE proposes the
following scope of work.
SCOPE OF WORK
AGE proposes to advance a total of six soil borings at the site. Three soil borings will be
advanced along the eastern property boundary to a depth of 20 feet below surface grade
(bsg) and three soil borings will be advanced in the parking lot in the southwestern portion
of the property to a depth of 25 feet bsg. Boring locations may be modified in the field
837 Shaw Road• Stockton, CA 95215
Telephone(209)467-1006 • Fax(209)467-1118
