Frankly, I do not know the <br /> latitude that the County has in defining remediation parameters, but if this report is taken at face <br /> value, it would appear appropriate to simply remediate the soil, and allow the natural <br /> remediation process to handle the water situation. I would appreciate your advice as to whether <br /> or not, in the context of current scientific studies, the County would consider a remediation <br />
