Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE)has prepared this work plan for dissolved hydrocarbon assessrntnt
for the site located at 632 South E1 Dorado Street, Stcckton, California (the site).
SOIL BORING AND SAMPLING RESULTS
On 22 April 1998, three hydro-punch grab water samples were collected from the site. Additional
one soil boring was established in the area of the former UST TK1-90. The soil baring was advanced
to a total depth of 70 feet below surface grade(bsg). Soil samples were collected from depth between
40 feet and 70 feet bsg.
Soil encountered at a depth of 45 and 60 feet demonstrated the highest concentration of
hydrocarbons. While hydrocarbons detected at depth of 50 feet and 55 feet bsg were lowest detected
in the soil samples analyzed. This zone of lower concentration is a possible indication of a water
level indicator over a significant duration, thus diluting or diffusing the hydrocarbons in contact with
the soil at these depths. A copy of the data is attached and the data will be supplied in following
quarterly report.
SCOPE OF WORK
Based on the depth of hydrocarbon impacted soils, additional depth discrete wells should be installed
if the vertical definition of hydrocarbons is required for the site. Therefore AGE recommends the
installation of three additional wells on the site.
4005 North Wilson Way, Stockton.California 95205
Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118
