RE-USING <br /> OLD CHICKEN BATTER. INDUSTRIAL FRYER IS NOT WORKING. BAGGING ICE IN THE SAME AREA WHERE RAW <br /> CHICKEN IS HANDLED. NO DISH WASHING SINK IN PLACE. RAW CHICKEN LEFT OUT IN THE SODA COOLER <br /> NEXT TO PREPARED FOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-Hood is down and facility is currently using two household fryers. Stop this practice immediately and send an invoice <br /> once fryer is fixed. Unable to tell if chicken batter is re-used, employee states they wash-rinse-sanitizer bucket just prior to. <br /> Always wash-rinse-sanitze and air dry so always warewash a long time prior to use of bowls. Raw chicken in walk-in is <br /> covered and properly stored.
