The following items must be addressed <br /> prior to permit approval. <br /> 1. Please submit a tank cross sectional diagram for the 8, 000 <br /> gallon unleaded supreme/ 12 , 000 gallon unleaded tank. <br /> 2 . Will there be ball float valves installed in the phase two <br /> vapor return line to the dispenser? <br /> 3 A precision test is required after the tank system has been <br /> completely installed and the station is operational. <br /> - 4 . The contractor information on page three of the installation <br /> application needs to be completed. <br /> 5. The application submitted specifies the capacity of the spill <br /> catchment basin (OPW-1) to be five gallons. The manufacturers <br /> specifications state the capacity to be three gallons. Please <br /> submit an updated manufacturers specification sheet that <br /> reflects the change. <br /> 6. Are the tanks subject to floatation? Provide calculations. <br /> 7 . Will the continuous monitoring system shut down the pump when <br /> a leak is detected? <br /> 8 . What leak rate will the Gilbarco EMC system be programmed to <br /> monitor the pressurized lines? <br />
