PLEASE SEND INSPECTOR AS SOON AS <br /> POSSIBLE. COMPLAINANT WOULD LIKE A CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM—LOCATION--TEMP°F—COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per executive chef, he is aware of"disposable plates smell like urine"part. The complainant addressed the issue to him <br /> back in March 2019. Three days later, Clark pest control company came for full inspection.They inspected the dry storage <br /> area floor, ceiling for any traces of rodent droppings or urine. Test came negative. I did my inspection for the dry storage area, <br /> where they store the dry food and the disposable utensils. I saw all food containers and disposable utensils packages are <br /> stored on shelves, off the floor by 6 inches. I opened all sealed packages of disposable plates, no urine smell observed. I <br /> asked the person in charge about the receipt and the storage of the bread.All kinds of bread come frozen from Sysco, stored <br /> in the 2 door freezer and some will be stored in walk in cooler 41 F then pulled in morning as needed.
