T' i . 6.0 THIS PROPOSAL ASSUMES THE FOLLOWING ♦ All costs incurred due to regulatory directives, after this proposal, shall be assumed by the Client. ♦ Regulatory approval of work plan(s). ♦ The cost to remove, repair or relocate underground utilities or hazards that might interfere with the proposed drilling or excavation or are damaged during the drilling or excavation, shall be borne by the Client. ♦ Expense incurred because of unusual or unanticipated ground conditions (such as fill, hard soil, rock, etc) shall be paid for by the Client as extra work. 7.0 SCHEDULE The work outlined in this proposal can be initiated upon receipt of authorization to proceed from H&S GeoAudit will begin work on the project within five days of receipt of authorization to proceed and a deposit of $2,000 00 8.0 LIMITATIONS Should there be any regulatory objections to the project or unanticipated regulatory requirements, only the fees for services performed to that time will be billed based on our Standard Schedule of Charges Should the regulatory agencies require additional monitoring or other services beyond the scope presented herein, or should drilling/sampling show that contamination is more extensive than previous reports present, the scope of work will need to be expanded at an additional cost submitted in wntten form prior to any actual work performed 9.0 BIDDING REQUIREMENTS Enclosed is GeoAudit's Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Resumes of key GeoAudit personnel are included in the SOQ The following items are also included • A list of References has been included • A Standard Schedule of Charges is included • Upon acceptance of the proposal, GeoAudit will fumish the Client with OSHA.40-hour certificates for all personnel who will perform work at the site • Upon request, copies of all contractor and subcontractor licenses will be o..,,p-1 A.&S..—,I— Sp sr vsm$79-WATO -TON runNar, i 1 sr S
