INTRODUCTION <br />' At the request of Mr Richard Leland of R and L Business Management of Stockton, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE)has prepared this report for 632 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, <br /> California(the site) This report documents the quarterly moni tonng results for November 2001 The <br /> site setting is illustrated on Figure 1 The locations of structures and monitoring wells on the site are <br /> depicted in Figure 2 <br />' Background information, including details of previous site assessment work, was presented in <br /> previous AGE reports including,Corrective Action Plan,dated 15 November 1995, Quarterly Report <br />' <br /> Results <br /> .1996, dated 05 April 1996 and in Quarterly Report -June 1998, dated September 1998 <br /> Results from previous ground water monitoring events are included in the tables of this report <br /> E <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' Monitoring and sampling were performed in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and conform to ground water monitoring <br />' guidelines issued by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EHD) In addition, field work was conducted in accordance with the PHS-EHD-approved <br /> work plan Installation of Depth Discrete Wells, dated 10 December'l999 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> 4 <br />' On 05 November 2001, a Soimst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water <br /> in eight monitoring wells(MW-1 through MW-8)and four vapor wells(VW-1 through VW-4) The <br />' top of the screened intervals in wells MW-1 through MW-3 are approximately 15 feet below the <br /> ground water surface therefore the wells were not purged or sampled at the direction of the <br /> PHS-EHD <br />' After ground water depth measurements, a minimum of three casing-water volumes of water were <br /> removed from wells MW-4 through MW-8 and VW-1 through VW-4 using a submersible pump or <br />' dedicated polyethylene bailers Temperature,pH,and electrical conductivity were measured at regular <br /> intervals using an Oakton water analyzer Purge water stabilization field data sheets are included in <br /> Appendix A Purged water was stored on-site in labeled DOT-approved 55-gallon drums <br /> 1 <br />
