INTRODUCTION <br />' At the request of Mr Richard Leland of R and L Business Management of Stockton, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this report for 632 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, <br /> Califorma(the site) This report documents the quarterly monitoring results for September 2002 The <br />' site setting is illustrated on Figure 1 The locations of structures and monitoring wells on the site are <br /> depicted in Figure 2 <br />' Background )information, including details of previous site assessment work are presented in <br /> Appendix A Results from previous groundwater monitoring events are included in the tables of this <br />' report <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> Monitoring and sampling were performed in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and conform to ground water monitoring <br /> guidelines issued by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) In addition, <br /> field work was conducted in accordance with the EHD-approved work plan Installation of Depth <br />' Discrete Wells, dated 10 December 1999 <br />' 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> On 25 September 2002, a Solmst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water <br />' in eight monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-8) and four vapor wells (VW-1 through VW-4) <br />' After ground water depth measurements, a minimum of three casing-water volumes of water were <br /> removed from wells MW-4 through MW-8 and VW-1 through VW-4 using a submersible pump or <br /> dedicated polyethylene bailers(waterra) The tops of the screened intervals in wells MW-1 through <br />' MW-3 were approximately 15 feet below the ground water surface, therefore, these wells were not <br /> purged or sampled <br />' Temperature,pH,and electncal conductivity were measured at regular purge-volume intervals using <br /> an Oakton water analyzer Purge water stabilization field data sheets are included in Appendix'B <br /> Purged water was stored on-site in labeled DOT-approved 55-gallon drums <br /> 22 GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION <br /> • Advanced GeciEnvironmental,Inc <br /> 1 <br />
