PROCEDURES
All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of a California
Registered Geologist
' Procedures for well installation, well development, underground piping system installation,
dedicated low-flow pump installation, pump and treat procedures, remediation system start-up
period, sampling, monitoring, maintenance and progress/confirmation sampling are outlined below
r41 PRE-DRILLING ACTIVITIES
The following procedures will be performed prior to any digging/drilling activities
• Prepare a Site Health and Safety Plan in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health
' Guidance Manual for Hazardous Waste Site Activities - Prepared by National Institute for
" i• _ Advanced GeoEnvironmental,inc
