Owner failed to comply with EHD directive to manage the <br /> hazardous wastes by October 28, 2009 as specified in the September 2009 inspection report. <br /> Owner failed to respond to EHD letter of non-complaint status dated November 10, 2009. Owner <br /> stated in a telephone conversation with EHD to submit a plan to manage the hazardous wastes by <br /> November 15, 2010.
