As such, the Central Valley Water Board agre�..s toallow the project _ <br /> to proceed With the stipulation that the following issues be addressed. <br /> The salinity concentration in the lagoon must remain Within the limits prescn-bed in Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2008-0100 (WDR). Specifically, the salinity <br /> concentration in the lagoon will not exceed 1,069 mg/i total dissolved solids_(TDS) in the winter_ <br /> (December— March) or 4,736 mg/{ TDS in the summer (April — November)_ To monitor <br /> compliance with :this requirement, the TDS concentration in the lagoons must be measured on <br /> a monthly basis during the entire time the project is conducted and the resula s forwarded to tfte <br /> Central Valley Water Board office. <br /> The project proposes to research the use of various different feed mated in the digester, <br /> e.g., fats, oils,-and grease (FOG), winery lees-, tomato vines, etc. A schedule must be <br /> submitted that presents when each type of feed material will be added to the digester, the <br /> source of the feed material, and the current disposal method of the feed nyaerial when not <br /> .used as a co-digestate.
