EI Dorado, Stockton, CA Task: none Protect Manager: John Lane Field Personnel: Scoma I Client Contact: Ga Gabbard Phone No: Regulatory Contact: Lori Duncan Phone No: 468-0337 i l Approval: Completion Date: o3/03,07J a910N P,/ clic, i READ AND UNDERSTAND PRIOR TO LEAVING FOR SITE 1 Notify Lori Duncan 48 hours prior to arriving on site to approve sampling schedule I 2 Bring all equipment to purge and sample seven site wells (MW1-MW7) I expect you will need bailers, pump, meters, interface probe, w/l probe All wells are 2" diameter Wells MWI-MW4 are about 32 feet deep, wells MW5-MW7 are about 36-37 feet deep Water . level at about 25-26 feet 3 Monitor depth to water in all site wells The order is MW5, MW4, MW2, MW1, MW6, MW7, MW3 MW3 is hot and has free product (and skimmer) Use interface probe on well MW3 4 Purge and sample wells in order Order is MW5, MW4, MW2, MW1, MW6, MW7, MW3 MW3 is hot and has periodically had free product since June 2001 MWs 1, 2, 4, 5 are mildly impacted with PCE MWs 6 and 7 are moderately impacted with PCE Sample all wells within 2 hours after finishing the purge 5 Collect a sample from well MW3 after removing floating product and purging 3 casing volumes (including product/water mixture) After removing floating product, be sure to purge remaining volume from the upper screened interval Collect sample only after you confirm that there is no floating product in the well bore 6 Send samples to Argon for TPHg/BTEX using EPA 801513, TPHd using EPA 8015B, and EPA 8260 full scan plus oxygenates + EDB, 1,2-DCA. Note on chain of custody that EDF is required 7 Contain water in properly labeled drums 8 Take drum count and consolidate all drums in convenient location •
