Analytical results of all <br /> soil samples were non-detect in gas and BTEX. Groundwater sample results were <br /> non detect except TPH-g in sample from B-5 was 220 ug/i. <br /> 03/26/99 Date of Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report covering work performed <br /> in 1998. <br /> 10/19/99 Installed three monitoring wells MW-1;MW-2,and MW-3. <br /> 12/21/99 Date of Quarterly Report with 10/19/.99 work included. <br /> r <br /> 09/18/01 Installed two additional monitoring wells MW-4 and MW-5. Analytical results of all <br /> soil samples were non-detect in gas,BTEX,and five oxygenates. <br /> 10/01/01 Advanced 3 Geoprobe soil borings P-7 through P-9. Collected both soil and grab <br /> water samples from P-8 and P-9. Collected only grab groundwater sample from P- <br /> 7. Analytical results of all soil samples were non-detect. P-7 grab water sample <br /> results were 0.86 µg/l of Toluene, 1.2 µg/l of Ethyl-benzene,and 9.7 p.g/1 Xylenes. <br /> 03/05/02 Date of Additional Site Assessment and Monitoring Well Installation Report with <br /> 2001 work included. <br /> i <br /> 03/12/02 Received 2000 feet Sensitive Receptor Survey. The survey identified 3 domestic <br /> wells and 3 municipal wells. Water to this area is provided by California Water <br /> Service who stated the three municipal wells identified had been destroyed. <br /> 10/25/02 Received 3rd Quarter 2002 QMR. Samples of this event were analyzed only for Y <br /> EDB and 1,2-DCA. Sample from MW-5 had 0.77 µg/10£1,2-DCA,while samples <br /> from all other wells were non-detect for EDB and 1,2-DCA. <br /> 12 quarters of sampling have been conducted for MW-1,MW-2,and MW-3. Water l <br /> sample results of MW-1 have been consistently low to non-detect. Results of MW- <br /> 2 and MW-3 have fallen with the highest results from MW3 which are now about <br /> 200 �tg/l of gasoline and 4 pg/1 of benzene. <br /> I <br /> 4 quarters of samplings have been conducted for M`W-4.and MW-S.. Samples of <br /> both wells have been consistently low or non-detect. <br /> The consultant recommends closure of the site. <br /> rI <br />
