i <br /> Advanced <br /> • GeoEnvlronmental� f - _= <br /> Env► , ,-��• � <br /> -,,`!ICES ` <br /> 12 March 2002 <br /> AGE-NC-98-0426 <br /> Mr Jeffrey Wong <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> CHARLIE'S DAY & NITE <br /> 706 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr Wong <br /> At the request of Mr Charles Skobrak,Advanced GeoEnvlronmental, Inc (AGE) has conducted a <br /> sensitive receptor survey as part of the initial site characterization requirements under the California <br /> Code of Regulations-Title 23,Division 3,Chapter 16,Section 2654 for the site located at 706 North <br /> E1 Dorado Street, Stockton, California (the site) The objective of the survey was to identify and <br /> locate sensitive receptors, including wells and other potential vertical conduits,potentially affected <br /> by the UST release The scope of work included reviews of State of California Department of Water <br /> Resources records and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)records, and <br /> conducting a visual area reconnaissance for municipal, domestic, irrigation or ground water <br /> monitoring wells within a 2,000-foot radius of the site as well as septic systems located on the site <br /> In addition local utility service companies were contacted to confirm water and sewer service in the <br /> area of the site and locations of municipal wells The location of the site and the immediately <br /> surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Site structures are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> On 19 February 2002, an AGE representative reviewed, well dnllers' reports at the California <br /> Department of Water Resources - Central Distract for water wells located within a 2,000-ft radius <br /> of the site,records for 9 water wells were identified Copies of the well driller's reports are included <br /> in Appendix A, a summary of water wells located from the review of well driller's reports is <br /> included in Table 1, locations of the wells are depicted on Figure 1 <br /> On 19 February 2002, an AGE representative conducted a search of the EHD for records of septic <br /> systems or permits for wells located on the site property No septic systems were located on the <br /> property,No permits for monitoring wells were found <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton, California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209) 467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118 <br />
