INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Charles Skobrak of Charlie's Day and Nite,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc <br /> (AGE).has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 706 North El Dorado Street, <br /> Stockton, California Quarterly ground water monitoring was conducted on 31 July 2040 The site <br /> and the'surrounding area are Illustrated in Figure 1-Location Map Structures and Improvements as <br /> : well as boring and monitor'Ing well locations are Illustrated on Figure 2 - Site Plan Background <br /> Information is summarized m the AGE report titled Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report <br /> -March 1999 v <br /> , I <br /> I 4 <br /> t ' <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> E 5 i <br /> Field work was performed in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation'of underground storage tank (UST) sites <br /> lie 21 MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES <br /> < W <br /> 'On 31 July 2000, a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in the <br /> three wells (MW 1, MW2 and MW3) relative to the tops of the well casings The relative ground <br /> water elevations and gradient were determined from these data (Table 1) <br /> After recording water level measurements, a two-stage submersible pump was used to purge each rt <br /> momtoring well of standing water Approximately 9 gallons of water(a minimum of 3 well-casing <br /> volume's) was removed from each'well Ground water,temperature, pH and conductivity,were �+ <br />' measured at three-gallon intervals,during purging using a Hydac water analyzer Field sheets and ; <br />' data are iiiclud'ed in Appendix A Purged water was stored on site in labeled, 55-gallon DOT- <br />' approved drums 1 F <br /> i <br /> I , <br />' 22 COLLECTION OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES <br /> Water samples were collected from each purged well using new disposable plastic bailers ,Eacby <br />' water sample was transferred into 40-ml,VOA vials containing 0 5 ml 18% hydrochloric acid as a " <br /> sample` preservative After collection, the samples were properly labeled,, placed in a chilled <br /> container and transported under chain-lof-custody to, McCampbell Analytical, Inc (MAI) The <br /> 1 Y I Y <br /> samples were analyzed for the following <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> � I <br />
