DEC 5 !�S' <br /> P.O.Box 5004 <br /> San Ramon,CA 94583 Ef�V4P,()WEI�TAt HEALTH <br /> Subject: Underground Storage Tank <br /> Former Chevron Facility No. 9 0342 <br /> 1347 South El Dorado, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr.Rogers: <br /> On September 16.1991,Groundwater Technology, Inc.discovered the fill port of an underground <br /> storage lank at the former Chevron facility located at 1347 South El Dorado, Stockton,California(Figure <br /> 1,attached). The lank was monitored using an ORS Environmental Equipment Interface Probe. <br /> Approximately 1.3 feet of water and separata-phase hydrocarbons floating on top of sediments were <br /> detected in the tank The depth from surface grade to the top of the sediments was measured to be <br /> approximately 3.6 feet. Based on the approximate depth to the bottom,the tank appears to be 550- <br /> (. r gallons in volume. <br /> At the request of Chevron,seven samples of the water/separate phase hydrocarbons ~vera collected <br /> from the tank by Groundwater Technology on October 29,1991.
