A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, <br />storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material <br />handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your <br />facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />9 <br />HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by <br />January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately <br />log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />12 <br />HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br />Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br />response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br />this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br />for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br />plan readily available for review. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br />No employees, business is family owned. <br />Due to office remodeling, the HMBP was not available. I provided a copy of the Emergency <br />Response/Contingency Plan, Hazardous Materials Inventory, and site map at the time of inspection. <br />Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this <br />by either writing "NA" for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site.
