Telephone: (209)836-5786 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00043278 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT WAS AT FACILITY ON 4/10/2017 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:00 PM.WHILE IN THE CHECKOUT LINE, <br /> COMPLAINANT NOTICED GROUND BEEF AND CHICKEN SITTING IN A BASKET WAITING TO BE PUT BACK INTO <br /> THE FREEZER. COMPLAINANT TOLD ASSISTANT MANAGER THAT IT NEEDS TO BE PUT BACK AND WAS TOLD <br /> THAT ITS NOT A PROBLEM UNLESS THE PACKAGES ARE LEAKING. COMPLAINANT IS CONCERNED THAT MEAT <br /> SITS OUT UNREFRIGERATED FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND IS THEN PUT BACK IN FREEZER FOR SALE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-Talked to assistant manager about the procedures. He states the cashiers usually call someone to put back food. <br /> Observed one package of hot dogs sitting out.
