R604 UPDATE 26 1-21-1994
INTRODUCTION
This report includes the results of events occurring at this site
from November 30, 1993 through December 30, 1993 .
LOCATION
Regal Station 604 (parcel # Jr39-020-08) is located at 1448 N E1
Dorado and Harding Way, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California
The site is in projected section 2 , T1N, R6E, MDBSrM at
approximately 14 feet above mean sea level Initial drilling
(November, 1989) encountered ground water at approximately 32
feet below sea level (47, below the surface) and flowing in an
east to southeasterly direction, see Figures 1, 2 , and 3
SITE ACTIVITIES
WEGE personnel visited and/or monitored the site on November 30,
and December 30 , 1993 . During the November 30, 1993 visit
monthly depth to water, vacuum influence and air sampling
occurred The vapor extraction system, which is pulsing, was in
the ON status during this visit On the December 30, 1993 visit
monthly depth to water, vacuum influence, ground water samples
and air sampling occurred Then the vapor extraction system
(VES) was turned off for closure evaluation, see Tables 1, 2 and
3 and Appendix A
UPDATE STATUS REPORT 426
RESULTS - WATER
GROUND WATER GRADIENT
The ground water gradient maps have been produced from
measurements obtained on November 30 , 1993 and December 30, 1993
see Figures 4A and 4B
Figure 4A, November 30, 1993 depth to water measurements were
obtained when the vacuum system was on This figure shows a
flow from MW7 towards MW1 and MW2
Figure 4B, December 30, 1993 depth to water measurements were
also obtained when the vacuum system was on These most recent
measurements indicate ground water elevation rising and a
recharge to the area, see Table 2
TOTAL PETROLEUM HYDROCARBONS
Floating Product. No floating product has ever been observed in
any of the monitoring wells or borings at this site
Dissolved Petroleum Hydrocarbons in Ground Water (EPA method 5030
TFH as gasoline)
As of December 30 , 1993 , dissolved total fuel hydrocarbons,
gasoline range (TFHg) were not present in any wells, detection
limit is 50 ug/L MW5 has tested below 1 ppm for gasoline range
page 1
