contaminate of gasoline-diesel range. The main concern for <br /> gasoline is its ignitability, the Worse case sample obtained is <br /> far below that level, LEL=7%. Of the constituents that are found <br /> in gasoline (Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Xylenes) only <br /> Benzene is a carcinogene and its highest level was found to be <br /> 0.4ppm which is 4% of the exposure limit. The Aquatic Toxics test <br /> showed that this soil does not exhibit the criteria for its being <br /> classified as a hazardous waste due to toxicity and the TTLC/CAM <br /> metals . TPH and BTEX chemical results rule out that this soil <br /> should be classified as hazardous material under Article 9 section <br /> - 66680, and Article 11 sections 66696 and 66702. <br /> The soil designated as SP-1 is a nonhazardous waste that has been <br /> self certified by Western Geo-Engineers for Wickland Properties. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions presented in this report are based upon the <br /> following: <br /> A.
