Ratliff. <br /> As to our phone conversation on October 17, 1989 the following <br /> work plan is being submitted on Wickland Properties behalf <br /> BAQU�DiR� <br /> Wickland Properties, subcontracted Town & Country Contractors to <br /> ' perform the underground storage tank and product line removal in <br /> accordance to the County Health guidelines Western Geo-Engineers <br /> (WEGE) monitored the site with LEL/02 meter and a PID detector for <br /> health and safety and obtained the required samples of the tank <br /> and product line excavations (see tank removal report - Appendix <br /> Upon removal of the tanks petroleum odors and PID readings <br /> indicated that the soil associated with the tanks and product <br /> lines was contaminated. A letter dated October 2, 1989 was then <br /> drafted and sent to T4s. Laurie Cotulla to obtain permission to <br /> overexcavate the tank cavity area. From this initial <br /> correspondence San Joaquin County Public Health Services returned <br /> our check along with a form letter dated October 4, 1989 stating <br /> that the site has been placed into the UGST Pilot Grant Program <br /> and that we should contact Diane M Hinson I then contacted you <br /> reguarding this site, see Appendix B-correspondance You stated <br /> that a more detailed Work plan was required <br /> WORK PLAN <br /> LOCATION: <br /> Regal Station 604 is located at 1448 N El Dorado and Harding Way, <br /> Stockton, San Joaquin County, California The site is In <br /> projected section 2, T1N; R6E, MD$&M at approximately 14 feet <br /> above mean sea level Ground mater is expected at approximately <br /> • 1 <br />
