Prior to that the Wheeler family residence <br /> had been located there since the turn of the century. In July <br /> 1981, Wickland Properties took control of the site and leased it <br /> from the Wheeler family. <br /> Wickland Properties, subcontracted Town & Country Ccntractors to <br /> perform the underground storage tank and product line removal in <br /> accordance to the County Health guidelines.
