A <br /> JUNE 16, 1991 <br /> The "Cyclo Purge" was repaired and rejuvenation of the two 110 <br />' gallon carbon scrubs occurred on June 16, 1991 and vapor extraction <br /> commenced at 4:30 pm on .Tune 17, 1991, into the two 110 gallon <br /> carbon scrubs placed in series. <br /> JUNE 20, 1991 <br />` At 8:30 am, carbon #1 (110 gl #2996) was taken off line and two of <br /> r the "Cameron-Yakima" re3uvenated 85 gallon carbons scrubs (#1043 <br /> and #3044) were placed in parallel behind carbon #2 (110 gl <br /> #2995) . Low pressure injection of ambient air was started into <br /> wells MW2, 14W4, EX and P1. To augment subsurface circulation <br /> towards vapor extraction wells MW1, MW5 and P3, see Figure 6D. <br /> JUNE 24, 1991 <br /> Vacuum extraction occurring from wells MW1, MW5 and P3, with <br /> ambient air injection into wells MW2, MW4, P1 and EX. After the <br /> pumps the following carbons were in series; #1 110 gallon 2995, #2 <br /> 85 gallon R1043, #3 85 gallon R1044 and #4 85 gallon R1045. <br /> JUNE 27, 1991 <br /> CF " erg " a di c �: a <br /> 1 C <br /> ( s o wl 0 At this time one 85 ga�o`n�` <br /> ( ) e also removed from the system and <br /> rejuvenated using the "Cyclo Purge". Carbon #R1043 was then <br /> placed in the number one position and a fresh carbon #R1041 was <br /> placed in series behind it. Vapor extraction was continued from <br /> MW1, MW5 and P3 with ambient air injection into wells MW2, MW4, P1 <br /> and EX, see Figure 6E. <br /> JULY 1, 1991 <br /> Carbon canisters R1043 and 81041 were placed in parallel after the <br /> pumps and exhausted into the 2 rejuvenated 110 gallon cansisters <br /> that were placed in series 02995 and #2996. Vacuum extraction <br /> from wells MW1, MW3 and P3 with ambient air injection into wells <br /> MW2, MW4, EX and P1. Prior to leaving the site, one 83 gallon <br /> carbon (#1044) was put on the of exhaust #2996. <br /> JULY 8, 1991 <br /> Manifest 3 85 gallon carbon scrubs (R1041, R1043 and R1045) along <br /> with the two 110 gallon carbons scrubs (2995 and 2996) to Cameron- <br /> Yakima for rejuvenation using Exceltrans, see Appendix 0.
