EXHIBIT D — SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS* <br />1. Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund. TARGET shall provide the amount of <br />Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) to be used by the Craig Thompson Environmental <br />Protection Prosecution Fund ("EPPF Fund') for purposes consistent with the mission of the Trust <br />for the EPPF Fund. <br />2. California CUPA Forum Board. <br />a. TARGET shall provide the amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) to <br />the Environmental Protection Prosecution Trust Fund, which is administered by the California <br />Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) Forum Board, to be used by that Board for purposes <br />consistent with the mission of the Trust for the CUPA Forum Board. <br />b. TARGET shall provide the amount of One Million, Four Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($1,400,000.00) to fund scholarships each year for the next four (4) years for attendance and <br />participation at the annual CUPA Conference. Each of these scholarships shall cover conference <br />registration and hotel at the training conference rate. Travel and per them expenses will be <br />reimbursed in accordance with the reimbursement policies of the Western States Project, an <br />environmental enforcement association. <br />3. California Hazardous Materials Investigators Association (CHMIA). TARGET shall <br />provide the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to be used by the CHMIA Board of <br />Directors to fund scholarships for attendance and participation at the annual training conference <br />presented by CHMIA. <br />4. California Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal-AECTP), in <br />conjunction with the California Hazardous Material Investigators Association (CHMIA). <br />TARGET shall provide the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to fund scholarships for <br />attendance and participation at the annual training presented at the Cal-AECTP by CHMIA.
