Both hand wash stations are
accessible and are provided with soap from dispensers and paper towels rolls as temporary paper towels till they install new
paper towels dispensers. I observe all food containers in all coolers are covered and raw meat is stored on the bottom shelf of
the walk in cooler. I suggested that when cooking any sea food, the cook has to use specific spatula for cooking, cleans the
griddle before and after cooking, washes hands before and after cooking sea food to avoid any cases of food allergy. Please
provide the evidence of violations correction to gfahmy@sjgov.org
No follow up inspection required.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.
