Install and properly supply prior to operation. <br /> The soap dispensers at the restrooms hand sinks are not full. Properly supply soap dispensers prior to opening. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
