The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for RJM ENTERPRISES INC as of August28, 2019. Open violations from July 22, 2019 inspection Violation#5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. Two 55 gallon drums of Round-up inside the chemical storage shed, five 275 cu ft tanks of oxygen, two 275 cu ft tanks of acetylene in the welding shop, and two 55 gallon drums of clear water water softner, a 1000 gallon plastic container of Mag Chloride and a 1000 gallon diesel tank behind the shop were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". The emergency response procedures were lacking or inadequate. A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
