Stantec received the letter dated 28 December 2012, from <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)which directed that a closure <br /> summary report be submitted to this agency for the 7-Eleven Store No.19976 at 1399 North Main <br /> Street in Manteca, California. We are in the process of generating the closure summary report. <br /> The December 28, 2012 letter did not direct Stantec to cease groundwater monitoring and <br /> sampling activities at the site, therefore we proceed until we receive direction from the EHD to <br /> cease. By response to this email; this will provide direction to Stantec to cease monitoring and <br /> sampling activities at the site, and the second quarter sampling event will be cancelled. <br /> Additionally, I wanted to provide notice to you that Damon Brown has accepted another position <br /> within Stantec and has since relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah. I have taken over responsibility as <br /> the Project Manager for the northern California 7-Eleven sites. Amanda Magee will continue as the <br /> Professional Geologist for 7-Eleven sites. <br /> Thank you, <br /> 4/1/2013 <br />
