I have not
seen the preliminary data from the most recent sampling event at this site; however, yesterday, 12
December 2012, Nuel Henderson, PG, and I met with Jim Barton of the Central Valley Regional Water
Quality Control Board. We discussed this site and concluded, based on the analytical data from samples
collected in July 2012, that this site should be moved to closure. I will be sending a letter in the near
future directing that a closure summary report that includes specific information about this site be
submitted to this agency.
Regards,
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: vmccartney( ,sjcehd.com
From: Magee, Amanda [mailto:Amanda.Magee@stantec.com]
Sent: Thursday, December 13, 2012 11:36 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Cc: Lichtenberger, Deborah; Manning, Danielle; Brown, Damon
Subject: 7-11 #19976, 1399 North Main Street, Manteca
Ms. McCartney,
Stantec is currently preparing the fourth quarter Groundwater Monitoring and Remediation
Progress report for the above-referenced site.
