CA 95678 <br /> In accordance with Ordinance 085-87, passed by the Council of the <br /> City of Stockton on October 26, 1987, a permit revocable at the <br /> pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is <br /> hereby granted to: <br /> AEGIS ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. _ <br /> to install and maintain a ground water monitoring well(s) . <br /> This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard <br /> Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this <br /> City Council by Resolution No. 22,578 on December 5, 1960, and <br /> on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> 2 . The general location of each well (s) shall be as shown on the <br /> map attached. The precise location shall be determined in the <br /> field by the City of Stockton. <br /> 3 . The Permittee shall keep in full force and effect a <br /> Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $1. 500. 00 during the <br /> life of this permit. <br /> 4 . In accordance with Section 1(h) of the "Standard Conditions <br /> Applicable to Revocable Permits, " the permittee shall provide <br /> and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of <br /> public liability insurance against liability for injuries to <br /> persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to <br /> the structure on City property, in amounts to be determined by <br /> the Public Works Director, with limits of at least ONE HUNDRED <br /> THOUSAND AND N0/100 ($100, 00. 00) DOLLARS for injury or death <br /> to any one person, THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND N0/100 <br /> ($3 00, 000. 00) DOLLARS for injury or death arising form any one <br /> accident or occurrence and TEN THOUSAND AND N0/100 <br /> ($10, 000. 00) DOLLARS for property damage.
