Advanced . <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc . <br /> 09 March 2015 <br /> AGE Project No. 14-3289 <br /> Mr. Johnny Yoakum RECEIVED <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue MAR 0 9 2015 <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> Subject: Limited Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING FACILITY — CASA DE OASIS <br /> 1700 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Yoakum: <br /> At the request of Ms. Georgia Rooks of STAND, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. <br /> (AGE) has prepared this Limited Phase 11 Site Assessment Work Plan for the property <br /> located at 1700 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton, California (subject property). The <br /> location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (SJCEHD) for procurement of a Drilling Permit. A Well and Boring <br /> Permit Application, Master File Record (MFR) and associated fees are attached. Upon <br /> SJCEHD approval of the permit package, AGE will schedule fieldwork. AGE will provide <br /> SJCEHD with a minimum of 72-hours prior notice for a grout inspection. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> The subject property is located on the east side of South EI Dorado Street, within the <br /> City of Stockton. The property is comprised of a single parcel, totaling 1.033 acres that <br /> is developed with an apartment complex. <br /> Historical data for the subject property indicates that several dry cleaners were located <br /> within 1/8 mile radius of the subject property along EI Dorado Street and several <br /> underground storage tanks (USTs) were located at the subject property. <br /> AGE has prepared the following work plan to evaluate the potential for soil-vapor <br /> intrusion at the site.
