The fee for this review is $762.00. Also <br />advise that we will require EHD be on board with us to address the concerns as noted in Michelle Henry's email to <br />you. This means that the responsible party needs to pay the consultation fee and/or permit fee to EHD. We encourage <br />EHD to jointly be involved as they are the field experts that we rely on for this type of application. It's also beneficial to <br />have them out there as a second set of eyes to make sure the workmanship of the repair work is satisfactory to meeting <br />their criteria. <br />Keep us posted with the progress.
