Kaiser Commercial Petroleum is intimately familiar with local EHD
standards and come highly recommended by companies such as City of Sacramento, JIMCO
Truck Stop and Ramos Oil to name a few.
Kaiser Commercial Petroleum
P.O. Training is not only conducted on site but also in classes offered by the
local Environmental Health Department. Going forward, there will be enhanced reviews of
designated operator performance, documentation and record-keeping reviews, periodic
compliance evaluations and periodic reporting to management of all compliance and reporting
activities.
3) We simply cannot afford to be yet again "let -down" by the consultants we hire to help us
remain in compliance with environmental regulations and requirements. Thus, we are adopting
heightened internal controls and compliance monitoring to hopefully guard against future
problems resulting from sub -par performance by designated operators and environmental
engineers that we hire to assist us. Prior to our last inspection by San Joaquin County we
believed, based on pre -inspection reviews by our designated operator and environmental
consultants that we were in full compliance and ready for inspection.
