CCR Section 2635 (b)(1) The spill container shall collect any hazardous substances spilled during <br />product delivery operations to prevent the hazardous substance from entering the subsurface <br />environment. The spill container shall meet the following requirements ... (C)It shall have a drain valve <br />which allows drainage of the collected spill in to the primary container or provide a means to keep the <br />spill container emntT. <br />➢ The 91 -octane & diesel spill buckets had debris in them. The diesel spill bucket had fuel in it. <br />➢ .Spill buckets were cleaned out prior to the fe a UjU reopening. <br />CCR Section 2630 (d) All monitoring equipment used to satisfy the requirements of this article shall <br />be installed and maintained such that the equipment is capable of detecting a leak at the earliest <br />possible opportunity.
