This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No . 00-0554 on <br /> November 14, 2000, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> 2 . The general location of the well shall be as shown on the map attached . The <br /> precise location shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton . In no case <br /> shall any well be installed within a travel lane. <br /> 3. The issuance of this permit by the City does not create any agency on the part of <br /> the Permittee , and the permittee will hold the City of Stockton harmless for any <br /> action for damages arising out of the Permittee's activities performed under this <br /> permit. <br />
