The Site is bounded by a residence to the west, West 5th Street to the north , South EI Dorado Street to the east and a residence to the south . The surrounding land use is mixed residential and commercial . Site History/Assessments In December 1999 , soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, ten monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly. A Site map showing the location of the current USTs, monitoring wells and groundwater level contours is provided at the end of this five year summary.
