The Site is bounded by a residence to the west, West 5th Street to the north , <br /> South EI Dorado Street to the east and a residence to the south . The surrounding land use is <br /> mixed residential and commercial . <br /> Site History/Assessments <br /> In December 1999 , soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, ten <br /> monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly. A Site map showing the location <br /> of the current USTs, monitoring wells and groundwater level contours is provided at the end of <br /> this five year summary. <br />
