The <br /> EHD could not locate a Feasibility Study (FS) that identifies DPE as the most cost-effective technology for the <br /> site. The cost effectiveness would need to be evaluated prior to approving it. In addition , we need to have mass <br /> estimates prepared for sorbed contaminants in the vadose and saturated zones and what will each component <br /> (SVE, GWE) will address. The EHD shall send out a response letter addressing the need for a Feasibility <br /> Study and mass estimate. If you have any questions please contact me.
