EI Dorado Street 5925 Terminal Apt. 1 <br /> Stockton , CA 95206 Riverbank, CA 95367 <br /> Subject: Quick & Save <br /> 1901 South EI Dorado <br /> Stockton , CA 95206 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD ) has reviewed <br /> Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan (WP) dated August 20, 20092 prepared by <br /> Advanced Geo�vironmen al—, Fn—c:(AGE): <br /> In the WP, AGE proposes to install two monitoring wells to a depth of approximately 40 <br /> feet below surface grade (bsg ), three monitoring wells to a depth of approximately 80 <br /> feet bsg , and one monitoring well to a depth of approximately 105 feet bsg . The EHD <br /> approves the proposed scope of work as necessary and adequate [CA H&S Code , <br /> 25296 . 10(c) (3)] . <br /> Submit to the EHD the necessary well permit applications , the $89 . 00 permit fee and the <br /> $345.00 inspection fee for each parcel drilled and encroachment permit for the well(s) in <br /> the public right of way. Once the well permits have been approved , notify EHD of the <br /> proposed schedule for the work. The EHD requires a minimum 48-hour notice prior to <br /> initiation of any field work on the site.
