Quick-N-Save #1 5 - September 2012 <br /> Claim No . 14840 <br /> ATTACHMENT <br /> Historic Recommendations <br /> In May 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation , that the San Joaquin Valley LOP <br /> should direct the Responsible Party to implement soil vapor extraction and assess the efficacy <br /> of air sparging to achieve Water Quality Objectives more rapidly. The Fund will review this site <br /> next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, the San Joaquin County LOP has directed the Responsible Party to <br /> submit a dual phase extraction pilot test be submitted by 20 March 2009. The Fund concurs <br /> with this action and will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, July 2010, the Fund concurs with the San Joaquin County LOP, that following <br />+ necessary Public Participation , the Responsible Party should begin active remediation to <br /> achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely manner. The Fund will review this site next year to <br /> track progress. <br /> UPDATED , August 2011 , the Fund continues to concur with the San Joaquin County LOP, that <br /> the Responsible Party should begin active remediation to achieve Water Quality Objectives in a <br /> timely manner. <br />
