McCartney : <br /> On behalf of Mr . Mohamad Matar, Advanced GeoEnvironmental , Inc . (AGE) has <br /> prepared this Addendum to Offsite Assessment Work Plan for the site located at 1901 <br /> South EI Dorado Street, Stockton , California . This addendum addresses comments <br /> from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Departments (EHD) directive email , <br /> - dated 11 March 2015 (Appendix A) . AGE has provided responses to each of the email <br /> comments below . <br /> The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 . Detailed site plans showing the <br /> locations of the proposed borings and downgradient monitoring wells is provided in <br /> groundwater depth to water and <br /> elevations are included in <br /> ' <br /> Figures 2 and 3 . Historical groundwater analytical data is included in Table 2 and historical soil <br /> analytical data is included in Table 3 . <br /> EHD Comment #1 : Provide a narrative form of a conceptual site model that <br /> identifies the intervals of interest for assessment. <br /> Based on the data collected to date from soil borings and ground water monitoring <br /> wells , AGE has developed a preliminary site conceptual model for the release , migration <br /> and distribution of the contaminants in the subsurface as descri�dTelow . <br /> AGE interprets the data as an unauthorized release (s) of petroleum hydrocarbons that <br /> occurred from the former underground storage tanks ( USTs) that were installed on the <br /> northern portion of the site .
